How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you contact us — through the form on this website, WhatsApp, phone, or email — we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Details about your home and project (type, location, timing, budget range, message)

We do not collect anything you have not chosen to share with us.

What we use it for

Your details are used only to:

• Respond to your enquiry within a working day
• Understand your project scope and quote it accurately
• Send you designs, quotes, and updates during your project
• Occasionally, ask if you would leave a review after handover

We do not send you promotional emails or SMS unless you have explicitly asked to be added to our newsletter (which we do not currently run).

Where your information lives

Your enquiry is stored in two places:

• Our internal CRM (hosted on Notion — a US-based service, encrypted at rest)
• The founders' Gmail inbox, which is used to reply to you

Your data is not sold, shared, or made available to any third party. It is not used for advertising, retargeting, or profile building.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses:

• Vercel Analytics — anonymous, aggregated usage stats (which pages are visited, from which country). No personal information collected.
• Meta Pixel — used to measure the effectiveness of any advertising we run on Instagram or Facebook. You can opt out by installing a browser tracking blocker.

We do not use Google Analytics or any other invasive tracking.

Your rights

At any time, you can:

• Ask for a copy of every piece of data we hold about you
• Ask us to delete everything (except what tax law requires us to keep)
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• Withdraw consent to be contacted, at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at skyarc9966@gmail.com and we respond within 7 working days.

Retention

If you become a client, we retain project data for the duration of the warranty period (10 years) — this is so we can honour warranty claims.

If you do not become a client, we retain your enquiry for 12 months, then delete it unless you have asked us to keep it in touch.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the change is material, we email you (if we have your email).
